We are built around the fourth clean, not the first.
Anyone can do a good first clean. It is the one on a wet Tuesday, when you are not in and nobody is watching, that tells you what a cleaning company is actually like. That is the one we organise the business around.
How we work
Apex Clean Group clean homes, short let properties and commercial spaces. Whichever of those you are, three things stay the same.
You get a fixed price before anything is booked. Not a rate, not an estimate that grows on the day. A price. If you ask us for extra work while we are there, we agree it with you first.
You get the same team. You are not sent whoever happens to be free that week. Your cleaner learns your property once, and it stays learned. That is the whole reason the standard holds.
Every service runs to a written checklist. It is published on each service page so you can read it before you book and hold us to it after. If something on that list was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and put it right at no cost.
What we will not do
We will not quote low to win the job and then find reasons to charge more. We will not put a star rating on this website until there are real customers behind it. And if a job is not right for us, or another service would cost you less, we will say so.
