Before you ask

Yes. Most of our commercial work runs early morning, evening or weekend so your staff and customers never see it happen. We agree the window before the contract starts.
On the size of the property, the service and how often we visit. We give you a fixed price before you commit to anything, and it does not change once we are on site unless you ask for extra work and agree it with us first.
Yes. Message us and we will move it. There is no penalty for skipping a visit on a regular schedule and no contract tying you in.
Tell us within 24 hours, ideally with a photo, and we will come back and put it right at no extra cost. We would far rather fix it than have you quietly stop booking.
