Can you work around Airbnb check-in and check-out times?

That is what the short let service is built for. Give us your checkout and check-in times and we schedule the turnaround inside that window, restock consumables, and send you photos of the finished property so you know it is guest ready.

How long will it take?

It depends on the size of the property and the state it is in. We tell you the expected time with your fixed price, so you can plan around it rather than guess.

Can I change or skip a booking?

Yes. Message us and we will move it. There is no penalty for skipping a visit on a regular schedule and no contract tying you in.

What if I am not happy with the clean?

Tell us within 24 hours, ideally with a photo, and we will come back and put it right at no extra cost. We would far rather fix it than have you quietly stop booking.

How is the price worked out?

On the size of the property, the service and how often we visit. We give you a fixed price before you commit to anything, and it does not change once we are on site unless you ask for extra work and agree it with us first.
