We do not move heavy furniture on a regular visit. That belongs in a deep clean.

Before you ask

Questions about this service

Do I need to be home?

No. Most of our regular customers are at work. We arrange key collection, a lockbox code or a smart lock code before the first visit, and we message you once we have finished and locked up.

Do you bring your own products and equipment?

Yes, we arrive with everything the job needs. If you would rather we used your own products, for example because of a stone worktop, an allergy or a pet, leave them out and say so in the notes and we will use those instead.

How is the price worked out?

On the size of the property, the service and how often we visit. We give you a fixed price before you commit to anything, and it does not change once we are on site unless you ask for extra work and agree it with us first.

Can I change or skip a booking?

Yes. Message us and we will move it. There is no penalty for skipping a visit on a regular schedule and no contract tying you in.

What if I am not happy with the clean?

Tell us within 24 hours, ideally with a photo, and we will come back and put it right at no extra cost. We would far rather fix it than have you quietly stop booking.
